1st u recharge with rs99 netpack of reliance
which give u 6GB or rs248 for 20GB data usage then call customer care to activate ur sim to receive 3G service.now recharge with
103 get 300 mb of 3G data usage.hence
u get total 20GB OR 6GB + 300MB OF 3G DATA… MINE DOWNLOADING SPEED IS 600kbps on night and 350kbps on peak hour
